Brian Major kudos. I love what you are doing. Like many others that have posted its great to see your car out there showing what MIGHT have been had Chrysler had been in the program with the Mopar a-bodies in the early trans-am days. Many Thanks. Look forward to more!

Is there someplace where you have information about the car posted? I have a 66 that Im interested what you are using in your car as far as suspension and such. Thank you for posting the video
@BrianGarcia-lc4mn7 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately no but I sent you a PM with my email address if you have any questions. There aren't many mopars on the road courses - happy to help get someone else out there.

What Cubic inch motors are they allowing you to use the 340 ??? I used to own a 70 cuda 440 6-pack with that exact same shifter
@BrianGarcia-lc4mn7 жыл бұрын
Yes - 340. I am classed with other muscle cars over 5 liters (Mach 1 Mustangs, etc). That Galaxy in front of me is a 427 and was in my class.

Well I have to say I been going to Lime Rock park & The Glen since the mid 70s and I can't recall the last time I've seen the King of the Drag strip on the road coarse ..I've seen plenty AAR cuda's but not one like your's brother .. But you nailed it ..I can only imagine the frame work that went into making your car competitive ...all I can say is Thumbs up ....I once restored a 1964 Dodge model 330 I wanted to clone into a Roger Lindamood "Color Me Gone" Super Stock drag car but while I was in the hospital somebody wanted my car more than I did and it was stolen with Body work all finished and painted . It was just waiting for the Big Wedge motor...I have always had a warm spot for the Direct connection car's ...

Awesome car! Great job! Can you share what tire/wheel size you are running? Building a 68. Thank you.

We are limited to 15x8.5 rims in Vintage. Are you building yours for street or racing?

@@BrianGarcia-lc4mn Hi Brian. Thanks for the reply. I havnt checked back in awhile and since then Ive been building the Barracuda. I really liked the look of yours and it has inspired my approach in the aesthetics. My car is street only but after watching this video again it looks like a blast to be able to run one on the track. Awesome!!
