The closest test I can find for this one, was a test that Motor Trend did, with a 1967 Camaro with the 4-barrel high performance version of the 327 engine ("275 horsepower" vs. "210 horsepower" for the car in this video). It ran a best of 18.2 at 77 mph on the standing quarter mile, so the car in this video would be even slower.
