I had a yellow (not stock color) '67' Chevy Van. It had a 6 cylinder motor (230 ci ?) with an automatic transmission. I loved that thing. No windows on the side, just two in back. I built a bed in back, carpeted the entire box top to bottom. Custom stereo, cool lights, the whole nine yards. It was my first ride. 1976. Had way too much fun with that thing. Sometimes I still wish I had that van and those days back.

Lot of good work done there. Solid ride! jeez I hope the future owner don't go down the "Scooby Doo, mystery van road". That's been covered extensively. This fine Van needs an original future going forward.

Hello , I once was a freelance electrician. I still own the 67 g10 chevy van that i used doing those electrical jobs. Right now it's off the road. I got 755,000 miles out of that 67 van doing free Lance electrical gig work. I went through 3 engines, two trainees (3 speed on the tree) two rear end rebuilds. That undercarriage needs rebuilding... Its in bad shape. I live up north in a rust belt state... in my honest opinion there is nothing in the world that can prevent rust damage unless you visit a rust proofing dealer every two weeks in winter.....Rust can form even under a good paint job.....I,m going to painstakingly going to rebuild that undercarriage it out of stainless steel when i retire. .... I have both mig and tig welding processes along with body shop plasma cutters. Right now i,m driving a 1979 chevy van that was extensively modified with stainless steel. Especially the brake fluid lines. Fuel lines are copper of course. I don,t believe in using OEM METAL. That to me is a sicko car cultists ....... Those door hin😅ges custom fabricated out of stainless. I adore that. I may do the same. Thank you for the presentation l However my restoration s are not intended to show off in the Sunday afternoon parade of classic vehicles. I may still use that van doing free Lance electrical work. I enjoy being practical as opposed to just showing off. Hence, maybe I may if my department of motor vehicles would let me convert that 67 van to all electric using a rebuilt subway car 50 HP direct current motor at 600dc with Chopper controller to regulate battery powered applied. A win win. Miss Paula Walach-former industrial electrician-member IBEW. Licensed since 1972 still working as a rail mass transit electrician

Thank you, it is top-drawer fun, and the period color fits it character! This Chevy G10 doghouse runs comparably cool to the touch.
