Man you do really nice work and make it look so easy. I just did a trunk pan in my 65 impala and the fit up wasn’t nearly as nice. Makes me want to start over.

Do you paint the whole floor panel with the epoxy paint, or is that coating it ships with already good enough?

that's an EDP coating, really good stuff.

So you DONT have to remove the EDP coating on the panel before welding?

It's not absolutely necessary that you remove it BUT depending on the mill of the EDP coat, it can interfere with the weld resulting in porosity....
