1 of 3 built! Undisputable documentation by GM of Canada. It was born like you see it with a 427, 4-speed and posi. It is #s matching. From a very impressive collection of full size 4-speed muscle cars. Magazine cover car.
EXTERIOR: The body is in amazing condition, it's black and it shows great everywhere you look. Arrow straight with no rust or damage, it fits right too. Factory Tuxedo Black, very smooth and glossy finish. Correct T-3 headlights. The black power top is in excellent shape. The chrome and trim looks great. The rally ll wheels are restored like new including the correct lug nuts, new center caps and trim rings. They are all wearing new BFGoodrich radial red line tires.
INTERIOR: It is in excellent shape inside, unabused. The entire dash area is in great shape. All of the upholstery, carpet, door panels look like new. The interior lights work. Down on the floor it has reproduction mats, a factory center console and correct Muncie shifter. It has a rare emblem on the steering wheel that would typically say SS in a Chevy.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has it's original 427-385 horsepower engine that's all stock: manifolds, valve covers, air cleaner, fuel filter etc. Correct spring clamp battery cables and Delco battery topper. Correct GM hoses and clamps. The washers are hooked up and has the glass bottle with extra fluid. It has power steering and brakes. Every component is clean and looks proper. All the metal surfaces are painted very neatly.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb are painted slick. Inside is rock solid with a clean spatter finish. It has a reproduction mat, side panels and tire cover. Complete jack and spare assembly. Well liner and weatherstrip were replaced.
UNDERSIDE: Underneath this car has recently been restored. Complete front and rear suspension was rebuilt. It was ordered new with rear air lift shocks, they have been replaced with Delco air shocks. The steering was rebuilt. The body bushings were replaced. Rebuilt brakes, lines replaced, e-brake is hooked up. Factory correct dual l exhaust with turn down tips. New fuel tank, sending unit and lines. Looking up at the motor it is clean Chevy Orange, new starter. It has it's original VIN number matching M20 Muncie 4-speed. Original 12 bolt posi rear end. Solid floors, 1 floor pan was replaced.
SERVICE: We inspected the car and it passed with flying colors!
Obviously this is an extremely rare opportunity. Not only is it such a unique, documented investment grade car, but it's a good car coming from a good collector. His cars are right.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
**These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded and you will be given a 1 year membership.

What an incredible car ! I see so much of my 68 Chevelle,(mainly the interior) in it and now I know why. Didn’t realize Canadian Pontiacs were basically a Chevy in disguise. What an awesome car !

Super car,one of the first ever American/Canadian cars I ever saw was a light metallic blue Pontiac Parisienne with white roof, that was way back in 1975 in Twickenham England,it's only recently I learnt that wasnt a wide track model, growing up in England it was a rare treat to see car's from the states,I ended up working with States cars even owning a 70 GTO,thanks for a super upload, Best wishes to the guy's at Volo, family, friends and fellow followers.

This is NOT a "holy grail" car for Pontiac collectors! It's a rare, lovely car, but it's Canadian with a Chevy v-8! May I remind you a 428 HO Pontiac was rated at 390HP? This car is unusual, yes, but not something most Pontiac collectors would consider "better" than a real Pontiac with the HO in similar condition.

I've got a friend that has a 67 Pontiac Beaumont, big block, it is a Chevy Chevelle body with a pontiac front grill, maybe the rear end is a bit diff, not sure but in all other ways is a Chevelle, maroon color, he also has a 67 Chevelle, maroon color with a big block and side by side they look the same except when you look at that front grill. I think he said the motor in the Beaumont is replaced so not sure what came in it originally. So Pontiac must have used some Pontiac bodies as well as some Chevy's for the Canadian market
