Fantastic find, I had a 68 Z/28, loved the torque of the 302, which was stolen in 73. Now own a 2002 Ultra/Z Camaro with 54858 miles on it,

Wow a '68 Z. Very limited production compared to a '69 Z. Can you tell us what an Ultra Camaro is? Not familiar with that. Do know of the Z28 and SS variants for 2002 w the LS motor. Thanks!!

SLP Performance modified 02 Z/28, consisiting of: MAF Mass Flow sensor , Flow Pack Cold Air Intake, Quad Exhaust system amd Hurst short throw shifter. I believe the difference between the Stock Z/28 to the SS, is that the SS has 15 HP more tham the Z/28.. @@classicperformance

I believe you may be correct. I purchased my UltraZ from my boss in 2007, with 32000 miles/ @@classicperformance

I did a little "quick digging" and indeed SLP did the SS Camaros and also Z28 enhancements including "off road exhaust". So, it is likely yours went through the SLP shops via GM.
