for the inside of the header they make some stuff called rustmort that works amazing I used it on my ta project cleanes the rust off to clean metal

muratic acid or vinegar 50/50 water. Muratic acid full strength. Coat inside of fenders/parts with por15

I bought my old 92' Chevy 2500 on eBay. Best deal ever. Austin's Capital Metro bus service put it out there for bid. It had a bigass electric start gas powered air compressor in the bed with to side boxes and a lift gate and I bought it for $1,801! I have to work on the transmission though. Line pressure was way too high and the first to second shift was wicked stiff and I was tryin to get up and go at a green light. I think it snapped the input shaft cuz it slammed HARD and died. Engine runs fine but nothing through and of the gears reverse or drive. You cna hear something inside the tranny ticking in P, R, N, D, 2 and 1! It's toast!

You can do it man as you go through the car throw nothing away get plenty of Ziploc bags for all the screws bolts Fasteners Etc tag everything where it came from keep a diary in a 5 subject notebook on the project take pictures trust me you will not remember where everything goes when you put that car back together

Get you a gallon of POR 15 the coat the backside of everything for rust
