In 1969 you could get the 428 HO or just the 428 in the model J. Most people got the 400 in them The next year 1970 you had to get the The model SJ to get the 455 in the Grand Prix, There are 2 chrome pieces that are diffrent on the 1969 and 1970, Everything else on the body is the same.

Had one equipped the same 428 HO back in the day. Sleeper muscle car that ate GTO and SS 396 breakfast food. I prefer the 69 horizontal grill insert.

This is identical to my 69 Grand Prix same color same everything the only thing I couldn't tell is if it had a track tape player between the two front seats for you took the tape and backwards between you

Strange, but cool that is a 428...usually that was only on an SJ
