notice how famed Mets announcer Bob Murphy referred to Nolan Ryan's fastball at 4:45 as "Ryan's Express".....this would become the legend's moniker during his spectacular 27 year HALL OF FAME career...missed the then single game strikeout record on this date by only FOUR...set the year before by two other future hall of famers....Steve Carlton and then teammate, Tom "Terrific" Seaver....what great memories...

At 40:22 I hear the comment Bunning has struck out alot of batters in his career. Has anybody ever seen the list of batters Ryan strikes out in his career. I think he has his own museum or it could be in Cooperstown a real list of all 5700+ batters he has struck out in his career its staggering
