im pretty sure the 70 rt/se was in a hot rod magazine back in 80's that some guy named pete owned in cali. i wouldnt trust everything the purists say .. f tag is most likely original.now thata cool car.. they came with felt headliners with the se package.that chrome trim on the front valence is a hard to find piece.. love the gator top.. great vids you have 5150 !

Your so into the Top and yes it's rare and in descent shape but u overlooked the other RARE option Cruise control 18:46 also has Pedal dress up kit . Radiator is aftermarket

Great video! Is that a real blue 70 Rebel Machine behind the Shelby? You nay want to track down the person he bought it from and see if they have the tag. There was a time there where people were worried that the originals were getting stolen at car shows and would often get a repo and keep the original at home. Every LA plant car tag I've seen and owned had the skinny font.

Yes, that’s a Turquoise Rebel Machine, and I agree all the tags I seen are the weird off standard font but when reaching out to others that I think know more than me they said there were some that weren’t.
