Thats an aftermarket Grant wheel...no rimblow. Common replacement after the original switch goes TU. Prob whoever put in the wheel didn't wire up the horn button

I dont believe the strip on hood that says 351 C is correct . It diesnt look wide enough , i think it should wrap around the bigger strip and i dont think the C should be there. I may be wrong but ive never seen a strip like that on a 70 mach 1

I had a 70 Mach one in 73-76 really miss that car till some drunk a-hole totaled the whole right side
