I have got 1970 base 4 door impala sedan. I bought it in 1999. It is running great, trustworthy car as all big size chevy ' s of 60's and 70's . I wish to have a coupe like this, I saw only two 70 coupe in Turkey.

Yes, alot of people dont realize that there was a base Impala. The hierarchy goes base Impala, Impala custom, then Caprice. I have seen very very very few base Impalas either in 2 or 4 door sedan. Here is one of them.

8 track player under the dashboard? Actually it’s the last year in ‘69 because GM finally introduced am/fm with 8 track player combined in for 70 Impala, according to the sales brochure

Damm Maine I'm from central Cali I can't find one in decent shape in good condition for less than 5k or more and ain't all rusted up or needs restored and that's 67 -70 impala or caprice two door shit the 61-66 impala's going for at least 10 k and up man you must got the hook up fa sho I wish you can show me where I can get one at your prices or where to look for 4 k or below let alone 1,500 for a 69 was it a two or four door either way you got shown some love

in canada, the chevy had pontiac clones. same chevy body, dashboard, motors, built in the same plant in oshawa, ont. the strato chief, was a biscayne, the laurentian a bel air, parisienne, impala, grandparisienne, caprice. canadian pontiacs, had u.s pontiac's grill and tailights, but thats the only resemblance.
