Absolute brilliant video's of the MGB. Great practical skills. I have a 1972 MGB and watching how you serviced the brake and clutch pedals and cylinders.

thank you. the clutch hydraulics are a nightmare, so much I have pretty much given up for the time being and I'm back on Land Rovers. I simply cannot bleed the clutch system and I'm told its a common problem, it will get sorted eventually.

Why is it a surprise that a 1970 car has seat belts? They were mandatory on any car produced 1965 or later.

Seat belts a surprise?????? Any car produced after 1965 has to have seat belts fitted as standard.
@RWrestorations5 жыл бұрын
Nope! It doesn't have to have them in but must have the provisions to mount them in place
@fredgrove42204 жыл бұрын
@@RWrestorations You are wrong, seat belts were compulsory fitments from 1st April 1965, but the wearing did not become compulsory until 1983 ,
@RWrestorations4 жыл бұрын
@@fredgrove4220 no you are wrong. The vehicles body structure must have anchor points fitted from 1965 onwards but you do not have to have seat belts fitted. If they are fitted however they must be worn regardless of the age of the car
