for a good en perfect welding result make sure that there's no rust and fat or other recipients , before welding clean your pieces with cleaner and a perfect grounding

Thank you Cristian. I used 1.9mm steel for the frame And .9Mm steel for the body panels The inner valence pieces I used 1.2mm pieces

why all the patches, make new bits or buy ready made, lots of simple box sections, simple set up for folding sheet steel , 1 vice 2 pieces 3ft. angle iron 1 hammer. Plus 1 acid dip to see what you have before you start.
