What kind ok nail gun are you using to attach the side trims? And what kind of nail?

So I was using a standard 16gauge finish nailer with 1 ½ nails. The smaller the number of gauge size the bigger the nail head so if you use a 18 gauge it’s less noticeable when you go to fill in the holes. I had a 16 gauge so used what I had! Didn’t turn out bad just more work.
