I do have better photos on my Instagram page @BeeNehBuilds if you interested. I actually take them down when Im done using them. They easily unscrew and folds neatly.

Could you tell me about your extractor hood. I’m doing the green ikea cabinets too and love the contrast you have with the white extractor hood. Is it and ikea extractor fan and cabinet box?

The extractor fan is actually from HomeDepot, and I custom built the cabinet box around it.

Oh, man....I LOVED your video! You have absolutely the right attitude for woodworking and probably life in general. I love that you showed us your "scrap-able" mistake and pushed through the woodworkers pain and let your project tell a story, I hope that by now you've gotten a new table saw since this is the first video I've watched from you.

What kind ok nail gun are you using to attach the side trims? And what kind of nail?

So I was using a standard 16gauge finish nailer with 1 ½ nails. The smaller the number of gauge size the bigger the nail head so if you use a 18 gauge it’s less noticeable when you go to fill in the holes. I had a 16 gauge so used what I had! Didn’t turn out bad just more work.

That’s it’s I’m putting my cabinets on top of the floor. (I think) 😛 The logic that my floating luxury vinyl flooring would have issue doesn’t seem true to me. How are your floors holding up?

They holding up great! It’s been almost a year since I’ve installed flooring, and I did not find any issues. I would check with the flooring manufacturer instructions and see what they recommend.
