I'm so glad you're going cruelty free! I made the switch to all cruelty free items three years ago and it was a really easy transition. There's so many great brands that are cruelty free and some of my fave brands are Colourpop, Tarte, Anastasia Beverly Hills, NYX, Milani, Milk, and Glossier.

My mom was a teen in the 70s and definitely followed the Farrah Fawcett hair! I love looking at old pictures of her from that time! But it’s the pictures from mid 80s when she got a perm when I started questioning her style! Haha, she also loved denim on denim! So much in fact she even dressed me in all denim quite often, even my winter jacket was denim! Miss her everyday.

I switched over to cruelty free body products a few years ago as well! I use Physicians Formula Organic Wear Fake Out Mascara, which they usually have at the drugstore. I have sensitive eyes and it doesn’t seem to bother me. The drugstore brands I also use are NYX, Milani, Wet n Wild, Pixi, and Burt’s Bees. My favorite liquid eyeliner is Tartiest Double Take Eyeliner. It’s kinda a splurge but the marker-style tip makes it so easy for me to apply. So that’s my big spend, haha. I also found that Marshall’s often has cruelty free palettes at good prices if you can find one that isn’t cracked.

I’ve been cruelty free for years and it was a super easy transition! A lot of big companies like Anastasia Beverly Hills, bareMinerals, and Urban Decay are all cruelty free and still great quality! There’s more and more companies going cruelty free every year so it’s really great to support 😊

I like urban decay perversion mascara or milk kush mascara. I just get the $10 travel sizes because they last just as long in my opinion. I find that most mascaras dry up or are due to be replaced before I finish them anyhow.

My personal favorite mascara of all time is cruelty free. The Essence Lash Princess "False Lash Effect." I have to use the green tube version of it because my lashes are a little stubby and it's the only forumla that gives me that extra curl and "oopmh" I need. The regular formula in the purple bottle I believe is a cult favorite as well. It's like $4 at Ulta.

Funnily enough, I JUST switched from L'Oreal Voluminous to Wet n Wild! I got the light purple tube. I haven't tried it yet but I hope too. I also swear by NYX's matte liquid liner. I like the super fine brush and the liner *DOES NOT BUDGE*. Seriously. lol I don't think it's waterproof but it might as well be! I have to use Micellar water to get it off!
