I absolutely love these Bulldog Mack’s I drove a dm 685 sx tin nose tandem dump 237 and a mud stick 6 spd and my favorite a 1982 dm 885 sx tandem dump 300 em7 with a mud stick in back 65,000 lb suspension 58,000 lb rears I would refuse a new truck and would take one of these old Mack’s any day of the week there is something about these Mack’s they stay with you it’s all you wanna drive I’ll get one of these old beautiful trucks one day

Me too buddy, I learned in an old DM800 300 plus 15 tri plex and #55’s what a tank she was. I’d love to have one to drag low boys with 🐾✌️🇺🇸

@@FATRUCKING I’m serious man it’s like a disease with these old Mack’s I drive my wife crazy dragging her to old Mack truck shows all over can’t drive them that much anymore my knees are shot so I got to get fill of them elsewhere LOL 😂

I love the old Macks. You don’t see them anymore here in Southeastern Kentucky. They’ve been replaced by mostly old over the road Peterbilts with the sleepers. We live on a little back road and there is hardly room for the big coal truck and pickup truck to pass, especially when the sides of the roads aren’t in the best shape and mostly no where to go on the sides that won’t get you in trouble with a big heavy load. My uncle had a Mack loaded with coal and had stopped to let a car go by and the bank broke. He said it was like slow motion, over he went right over the bank, layed on his side. That’s the trouble with these back roads

I grew up riding those Mack’s my cousins live in Barbourville, loved riding out through those mountains in that big ol Bulldog.

These were the coal trucks that were hauling coal when I grew up in the 1980’s in Southeastern Kentucky. I always loved the Mack Bulldog

@@FATRUCKING I’m 51, born in 1972 and am a product of the 1980’s when Southern Rock was King!! Loved Lynyrd Skynyrd, Waylon Jennings, and Hank Jr, Marshal Tucker Band, oh I loved that time. Graduated high school in 1990, by then I was driving a 1984 Jeep CJ 7 Renegade, I had a great stereo system put in kept the top off of it as much as possible and would take off up in the mountains, loved it, loved the time . Also, had Mack trucks running day and sometimes nights, even though we lived back off the road we could still here them coming down the road. My Uncle that lives down below drove a Mack , my Uncles and cousin drove them on my Dad’s side and I grew up on coal money. My Dad used to strip coal when I was growing up.
