I’ve had a house in Glenella for 22 years. Between then and now I’ve lived in Brisbane Sydney and Dubai and I’ve literally traveled around the world. I am so proud to call Mackay my home. Thanks for posting.

This would be 1979 at the earliest . There is a red XD Falcon (3/79 release) in it.

Think I saw my mum’s old Holden in one scene but can’t be sure. I was probably sitting at home watching the Goodies or Curiosity Show at our house in Mount Pleasant or something lol.

As in most Aussie videos from the late 70s there has to be at least one Gemini.

Spent many hours and lots of 20ies at the pin-&-ball at canelands, and mr whippy. And remember the escalator at lambert’s, and the capital cafe for a vanilla milk shake in an aluminium milk shake cup with a paper straw.

Why is their still silent recordings done in the 1970s?. They had had video cameras that recorded sound for the best part of 20yrs at that point.
