1971 Ford Maverick Grabber walk around Parts car or Restoration?

After a long weekend in St. Louis I came home to this car in my driveway. I had bought it several weeks ago and it has finally arrived. Here’s a quick walk around of the car. It is for sale right now. Should I sell this as a whole or part it out?
