I have a 11B, like the one in your video, and need help getting it running. The fuel shut off control won't stay open and keeps closing, killing the engine. Any suggestions, thanks
@AppalachianRustАй бұрын
@@gwbates8394 you could try hooking a spring to it to keep it open.

Hard to tell with the music. But do you run your 11 wide open? I just picked up an 11b and comming off old cats that can be ran at half rpms , the AC seems to stall higher and needs to be wound out.
@AppalachianRust Жыл бұрын
I’ve got a few videos without music. Some grading and longer videos of clearing. It just depends this dozer doesn’t have a problem stalling. I back off when I was digging the stumps out and the tracks still spin.
@AppalachianRust Жыл бұрын
Now I will say if you notice in the other videos I will stop and pause for a second. That’s because the transmission didn’t engage properly it will still move though and it will slip the clutches. If you idle down you can feel it shift and then there is no problem it will hold

How is finding parts for that thing?
@AppalachianRust11 ай бұрын
Hard. We have several parts machines though. They hold up pretty good though, don’t work them as hard as they used to

The bare tractor was roughly 23,000 plus accessories. It was by no means light, and would out push anything that competed with it, such as a D6

Cool dozer and great operator.........although I'm not much into the "knock it all down" routine. Unless your clearing for a building pad leave some shade.
@AppalachianRust Жыл бұрын
There is a building planned to be here. The lot was cut with a shear and I went in with a saw and worked it up (mostly wood). The maple in the beginning was just past where the shear cut and I needed to push it over to make room for the brush. Once I worked the brush down it’s almost unnoticeable. The large Pines were logs that if left would be a danger of falling on the building. Thanks for watching and for your comment
