It needs a turbo or an air cleaner but guess that wasnt in the budget wonder what else didnt make the budget in the fix list

Seems like it's running a little rich. Fair bit of black smoke. Easy enough to fix though I would imagine. Although maybe that's a Cat thing. I've got more experience with Cummins and IH diesels.
