I wouldn't call that a ramp truck....Ramp trucks the bed is fixed at an angle , That is just a rollback

ah now I see the front end is not running the dually rims... swapping to dually rotors or spacers and I bet it could slip through the inspection as a 1 ton. Or at least not be as noticeable to mto, or dmv safety cops.

looks like a TIC bed..(that's what I was told when I had mine)..had one in around 1992......and yes, 1500 is a good deal these days for that truck.....hell yes I would have bought that. great for parades, shows, and hell....even put into service..RESTORE IT!!!!...why not......nice truck bud....
