1973-1991 GM Blazer/Jimmy Tailgate Beltlines

My inner seal goes in easy. Outer is very difficult to get all the clips in. Any advice?

Not sure why you would have trouble. The center part of the clip protrudes out to slide into the hole. Is this part not catch the hole? Maybe it needs to bend out a little, maybe a mm. If you bend it too far it may break.
