wow, those women must have had abs of steel for those crazy awesome uneven bar routines! and they're so close together. they're all so graceful to watch, especially the balance beam, with cute hairstyles I might have to try. Ludmila Tourischeva is so pretty with a beautiful face.

OMG! What a great find! And guess what?! I think the women from Romania, Hungary, East Germany and West Germany were better in terms of originality and technique! So glad the Romanians came to break the mold in 1976! Such unfairness shouldn't have gone on!

Romania has never boycotted an Olympics. But the gymnastics team did not participate in 1968. Romania as a country did though, with great successes in track and field, boxing, and canoeing
