Do you have to pull a permit when mucking with this electrical wiring?
@pointdexter36069 жыл бұрын
Oooh i see your problem Rosie !! Lol Your needing a 5U4GZ or a 5Y3 rectifier tube there. It's missing! You don't need to change that buzz box at all. I bet if you simply and carefully open that electrical buzz box cover you will have to break out the Heatkit tube tester though and test that 5Y3 tube. I bet that's goin to be faulty and defective. I am pretty sure about this. And make sure there is a B+ of 234V at terminal 321 of the B board!

Great job, done like an expert. Did you have any formal training in electrical, or did you pick it up along the way during your life? Either way the knowledge has stood you well. Happy trails.

I get shocked by B+ voltages at least 2 x a month. That's 24x a year if my math is correct? There is no manual for electricity. It's either on or off Rosie. Why are you doin this stuff. Cant you leave it and leave it to the boss instead?
