That are proof but missing the mintmark.. S or D . Philadelphia usually don't have a P as for this year 1975 but proof has a different finish.

Thank you . The U.S. Mint is making a lot of very low mintage coins. Look at the Reverse proof President coins of 2015 as low as 16,744 to 49,051. If your putting a set together you will need them, Just a heads up. I think new collects would like to know, you are the place to get this info. Out there my friend. Take care.
