1976 Harley-Davidson FLH - Liberty Edition

What a treat, I had one, decked out with extra chrome, wrap around lower running lights,Fish tail pipes. I took the stickers off of it and my 76 liberty Sportster. I had am/fm and a cb with two antennas. I look at all my old bike photos, from an old man getting older and boy oh boy do I wish I would have stored em and kept em prime over the years. I know some grand kids that would drop their jaws for em.

I had a 1976 liberty edition sportster I bought it in 1978 when I was 15 years old for 2500.00 dollars... it had the black metal flake paint with yellow eagles and said since 1903 on the tank.... I wish I still had it... thanks for your videos buddy....

My buddy, Joe H. had a '76 Bicentennial E-Glide, back in Marshalltown, Iowa. Rode a lot of miles next to him on that scooter!

I bought a Liberty Edition Electraglide brand new in 76 for $4000.00. The regular models sold for $3200.00. Now in 2023 the anniversary model Road Glide is selling for $52,000.00. And I thought $4000.00 was a lot of money.

Is Liberty and Bicentennial Edition the same and is it only worth $4458 in poor condition? According to a valuation website I found. Someone wants to buy my deceased husband's and only give me less than possibly $1000.
