If you analyze the contents of what he's saying, you can correlate them to the attempted destabilization of our Jamaican government by the Central Intelligence Agency between 1968 and 1976.

Manley was so eloquent, intellectual and charismatic. He was my Prime Minister when i was a kid still living in a Jamaica that was in deep turmoil. He sure did have a tough job to do in rough times.
