I love 2 strokes and that 125 sells tough and there's no mistake in it.

I was not lucky to get the latest and greatest but I did love my Suzuki TM 125 Challenger with a little TLC it was pretty competitive with the new YZ. For the record they were a little troublesome. But the Yamaha MX series was a tough breed he always gave me a run. Usually it came down to Rider.

The RM125B was available in the fall of '76 as a 1976 model. My first bike was a 74 TM 125 (17HP) and I learned to watch the 125 market like a hawk in those days. 1975 RM125M was a TM with laid down shocks and not much else. Then came the RM125A with up-pipe and aluminum tank. Then in late '76 I bought an early RM125B with remote gas shocks, leading axle forks and square-bore barrel. By then there was also a 6 speed transmission and combo reed-valve/piston-port barrel that revved it to 11,750rpm and 21HP, which in those days was gobs for a 125! It was stock, but it was PHAST !! I raced in the novice class, but the same day I loaned it to my buddy Phil in the Intermediate class and he beat those Elsinores and took 1st and 3rd in his motos winning overall Intermediate Class on that day! Phil went out and bought his own RM125B !!

Raced Suzuki 125’s from 74 to 78, this was my fav. You could really rev the crap out of this one, helped when you were exhausted at the end of a race.

Got this bike when I was 16 in 1977, raced it at Indian Dunes Calif...had the 1976 RM 100 before this. I would live to get one of these (especially the RM 100..won a lot of races on it).

Hi, Is this bike available for sale? I saw it on a website that sold vintage bikes. Just curious. I may be interested, depending on location, etc. Thanks, Sean
