This brings back memories. I went to the Dodgers-Giants game the night before, won by the Dodgers 12-2.

Great stuff! Thank you for giving me this time machine to take me back to my boyhood. I used a bit of the first inning for my video. Jack Clark!

I think this game is at Dodger Stadium- PA announcer sounds like John Ramsey...
@fatfreddyscat57673 жыл бұрын
It is. Ramsey was like the Jack Webb of PA announcers. Monotone, no nonsense just. The facts. Now They all scream like Carney Barkers.

1:13:27 - Ross Porter mentions it's the 48th anniversary of the Braves' Vern Bickford no-hitting the Dodgers in 1950, then asks, "Where is he now, Vern Bickford?" In point of fact, Bickford had been dead for more than 18 years at that point, having succumbed to cancer at age 39 on 5/6/1960. Yeowch. On a lighter note, Vin Scully then mentions that Bickford's was the first no-hitter he ever broadcast. Scully would, of course, call 20 of them before his career was over.

Question, do you have the full dodger padre game played at dodger Stadium recorded just like this one is recorded from beginning to end from August 8, 1978?
