This is not a 4 speed It is a 5 speed with a 2 speed axle. I started out in 2nd gear.

These dump trucks are too short in 75 I had a new one with a 202 inch wheel base and 16 foot dump bed .

Yeah but it was better than nothing or shoveling a bunch of rock off a flat bed or wagon.

@@skyking1961 if that's all your going to haul I hauled everything from bark to cattle feed to chopped hay great little trucks though I averaged between 9 to 15 ton a load off road mostly tough hard working little trucks never let me down I was only 15

I have one. It has a 366 with a 4 speed transmission with a 2-speed axle.

Yes but ... the 366 and 427 truck engines have forged internals and a taller deck height.
