That looks like a 400 not a 403olds... like he says....403 comes with the oil neck next to the Alternator...

That looks like it has a smog control pump... cuz mine doesn't come with it .. its it a California car ??? ... cuz I own 2 Trans am 77-78 and NO SMOG PUMP ON NIEIHER ONE OF THEM....???...
