I don’t know how many times I’ve heard guy’s saying that the Rally sports are the model just below the z28 from 79-81. In fact berlinetta is and had a crazy options list. My dad bought a fully loaded 81 z28 ( 5.7 w auto was a check off option) and it even had the factory ratchet shifter “ his and hers” in San Jose back in 1980. Midnight blue with Tri tone baby blue decals. Interior was navy blue vinyl with blue/grey and black tweed inserts My 79 Berlin is going to be a replica of my parents car. Aside from the obvious z28 suspension and body fx it’s options are nearly identical. I never thought late 2nd Gen parts would be difficult to find but I’ve located almost all stock z28 trim parts and n90 wheels. Growing up in that car left a serious impression on me. With a little bit more power than a stock motor these cars are absolutely a blast to drive.

Built in Norwood Ohio . Outside of Cincinnati. GM closed down in 1987. Very sad

This car would be perfect for Kounts Customs to do an update and refresh. More power, disc brakes, aluminum radiator, JL Audio system, Tinted windows, interior refresh, wood steering wheel, ect. Buy for 20 grand and put 10 grand into it. Perfect daily driver.

Suggest MaGuie MQ quire buffing compound to remove scratches below the Chevy emblem. It works on coat jobs fills in the fiberglass before continuing with the Auction.
