for a pinball that has had heavy touch ups , how many layers of clear would be needed? would 1 quart be enough to do a couple layers on a playfield ? how long to dry before sanding?

A quart is more then enough. Most of the time I use two coats and I wait from 4 to 6 hours. Then I use four 0000 steel wool to knock down the little imperfection.
