NFL Films lost their way with the music they used over their highlights in the late '70's/early 80's. Was so much better in the early 70's.

3;55 #82 Paul Coffman, what a pro. Man, these Packers were just bad. The 70s and 80s were rough decades. Poor James Lofton, a great player stuck on a crappy team.

The Packers/Bucs game at the Big Sombrero would see Green Bay outgain Tampa 569-262...but it still ended in a 14-14 tie. Missed field goals...and Green Bay turned it over twice while TB didn't. I know Facenda describes it as a "defensive battle"....it really wasn't. There wasn't much scoring but the Packers moved the ball at will for all 5 quarters

TWIPF with Summerall/Brookshier was great from 1968-75. Idk why NFL films cut the highlight package to 30 mins and slowed down the pace of the footage which made it even worse. I loved NFL prime time Bergman/Jackson was like a reboot of the Summerall era TWIPF. I like the announcers here but the format stinks
