G'day Wayne, I work for a Cat dealer, the ' breather ' on the front of the injector pump, isn't. It's a damper , some engines have them, some don't , you don't need it. It screws into the fuel return orifice fitting. I appreciate the time and effort to make these videos. Regards, Steve.

I think it’s supposed to help keep the fuel pressure gauge from flittering. I have one I never put on. I have a ball valve adjusted ‘just so’ and bought an inline one.. which I will find again someday. Probably.

They both worked for Burns Meats hauling across Canada all pin to pin work . Through the mountains of BC and Alberta pulling the same loads the humming bird would wipe that Cats ass . Seen it several time . Uncle had it tuned at R Angus the Catapiller dealer and was pretty piss when he still couldn't out pull that old 92.

Personally I like the longer videos but if video length can’t be longer than James Dickey-Do well f#ck that’s all the longer that it will be. PS when you have a crusty rust hose just buzz off the hose at the fitting crimp and the use a socket on it and if you are lucky enough that the nut on the other side of the fitting is larger than the side you just buzzed off slide a box end wrench on it preferably one with little to no offset. Also when trying to remove a rusty crusty bolt if possible give it a good smack with bronze, brass, or lead hammer. Additionally if the nut or bolt is not likely to break, snap, or generally just f#ck off on you grab your air chisel with a blunt chisel and give it a shitzu massage also where compressed air is not available a hammer drill with a punch in it will also work. Keep working on you junk and myself and other beer swilling whiskey drinking knuckle dragging dirt bags will keep watching on our phones in the sh*tter or after work in the bar. One last thing a buddy of mine had a Pete with oil pressure override switch and the previous owner had moved it to à discrete location as an anti-theft device. The story he was told by the guy he bought from was the truck had been stolen several times while making deliveries in the hood but once he disconnected the wires to the oil pressure override switch and connected them to new hidden switch his truck was never stolen again. He (my buddy) wired the original switch to buzzer mounted behind the seat that was loud as frick and good for a laugh when idiots pressed the button (switch)

The way I see it is if you go shorter, the videos need to be more frequent (I think it has to do with with the KZbin algorithm). Example is Cleetus McFarland. He releases a video every 2 or 3 days and this month daily. His videos are 15 to 20 min long. Bu as you know Peg does an hour long video once a month. I guess I like the consistent content, but I also don't mind the movie in the middle of the week.
