Do the end ones have more resistance when you wind them , than the middle one?

One of the cable threads which feeds through the pulley came free from the anchor. I cannot snap in the end of the cable back into the anchor, so it will not support the weight. Is there a way to snap it back in? It is the right weight and now the chime is not working

Same one here! I put the cylinders up too much.. i dont know what to do, the thing moving is still going, the 2 cylinders on both sides, not the middle. They just won’t come down!
