1981 Johnson 9.9hp Short Shaft Two Stroke Outboard J10BACID

This is my Johnson 9.9hp outboard from 1981.
It was pretty dirty, and took awhile to get it properly cleaned. The guy who I bought it from, had also a donor engine, where I got all the necessary parts to get this up and running. Engine had probably somekind of timing related issue, but changing the ignition coil, and electrical parts solved the problem.
Maybe my favorite rebuild so far :)

Fuel pump rebuild kit
Carb cleaning
From donor engine:
All electrics
Spark plugs
Gear shift lever
Pull starter
