Working on the same build right now! For whatever reason the inner tube won't slide into the outer fork.. any suggestions?

Hey bud! Sorry for the late response!!! Glad you dig the video though! I dont recall off the top of my head the amount of for oil I required. I just did what the manual said to use. When I get the chance today I'll look it up and leave another comment to tell ya. What I can say is that i had more than enough from just one bottle of fork oil.

Where did you get your new seals and stuff for the rebuild. Have the same bike I am building.

I can't remember at the moment I'm pretty sure I picked up the seals from ebay. I get all of my parts either from ebay or Amazon and if its an OEM thing or something a little harder to find I usually shop bikebandit.com or partzilla.com and for hardware and gaskets I've had great luck with Z1 enterprises and can get any hardware from McMaster Carr
