Don't know if you'll get this as I see you were active a year ago, but just watched this video and first let me say thanks. It was very informative. I'm retired airline and just bought a Cessna 340. I started life as a GA pilot, but it's almost like starting over, lol. Anyways, my primary reason for posting is to ask program you used to make your checklist. I really like how you had it open on the iPad and swiped page by page. Very nice touch and vastly superior to the paper checklists that came with the plane I bought.

It's a PDF I made, And each page of the pdf is a different phase of flight. And I just open that pdf directly from foreflight. THANK YOU!

gosh flying a 414A is so expensive, t-shirts become unaffordable. 😀 great work guys. professional operation and great attention to detail. checklists, checklists, checklists!!!

I do oftentimes wonder how ordinary folks afford planes like this. Or any planes for that matter. Flying is expensive.

Hello from KTTD. Thanks for this. Lots of good things to just process and learn from as I study up for my IPC after 23+ years away from being instrument current.

@@FlyWithNoam I'm finding that a lot of people quit in the late 1990s, and are coming back to it now -- I know it took me 20+ years to save up the cash! Good to be back. It's surprising how much came back quickly, and how much changed. When I quit, the last approach I did was an NDB into TTD. I did have a GPS in my plane, but it really took me a couple of months to realize that it is actually common now to have some kind of glass panel in most planes. It was like waking up in the future. Anyway, I enjoy the videos. Even though they aren't lessons, I learn a lot from the perspective and the dialogue. And it's good to see stuff out of the airspace where I fly!

@@PilotAndrew Yep, that was Sameer's 501. I was in the right seat. I was surprised how stiff the wing is on a 501. I expected more flex. You can feel every bump.

Noam, where did you do your multi rating?

@@FlyWithNoam I'm doing mine at Galvin at KBFI. Covid has really created some bottlenecks though. Hard to book instructors for training and a DPE for the checkride. Hope to finish it up this summer when I get back from the Middle East. "Insha'Allah" as we say here.
