Wow would not have thought the base yellow would work so well. The little details on this one makes it special, from the dry brushing, to the fine paint work and even the mirror on the turn table everything turned out perfect on this one bud.

One thing I love about the original, is the use of the interior piece as the taillights. There was a blue bodykit version of this model as well, without the opening doors. This really is a transformation on what had been a tatty looker. Love this model

I LOVE how this car turned out! All three generations of the rx7 are my favorite cars. My dad owned a 1982 model for a brief moment back in 99 and I remember my brother and I being in awe of how tiny the engine was(this was back before he and I knew anything about rotaries). How I wish he had held in to it!

It turned out absolutely gorgeous. Almost looks like a factory Ford strawberry red. As for the rearview mirror I'd leave it. Gives it a touch of realism I think. Killer job Rob 🍻

It really is a lovely custom. The paint looks gorgeous and the colors of the rims and tires work great against the limitations of the glass. All that's missing is a 80's sunset graphic in the background to tie it all in. Keep up the amazing work~!

This is a beauty! the wheels match up perfect for this RX-7, dare I say it's even "period correct". I love how it passes me the idea this car belongs to a young guy who wanted a cool car, bought it second hand and then did a few basic mods to not go "broke" while doing it so 30 or so years ago. One of my favorites from yours! RX-7s are my dream cars and it's good to see a Rotary machine being respected and getting some love, even if in miniature form.

Amazing job there. The yellow really sets off the candy nicely. The mirror? A dab of silver on the face would not only give it a bit of realism on the inside but accentuate that there is that detail from the outside. Id leave it.

Awesome Finish! My good Buddy had a 87 13b with a huge Timed Turbo, when He let Me use it I turned it up to Full. A Mental Car, the engine in all it's glory or at idle, sound was as worthy as a 350, just beautiful like Your little creation today! Beauty MG

Nice paint job, the set of wheels really suited the casting and lowering the retaining spring/piece gave it the perfect height, as for the mirror It's a good idea in addition to the highlights with the silver paint on the base because that way people will pay more attention to such details

The mirror looks good because it let's you see underneath and it gives the slight illusion of the car floating. Personally I'd have thought a really deep rich candy red would have looked better but it still looks really good especially with them wheels. Nice custom.
