The Rusty French Porsche, which he still actually owns, is a Porsche 935/80, the same one Alan Jones drove to the 1982 Australian GT Championship. His team mate Alan Browne is driving the Porsche 935/77 that French also owns and drove in 1982. The Tony Edmonson Alfetta Chev was built in Adelaide by K&A Engineering, the same mob who 2 years later would produce the Veskanda.

@jons2467 The Bob Jane Monza suspension fundamentals were established by Pat from him going into a hobby store and buying a scale model of a Formula1 car. He just scaled-up the suspension arms and pick-up points.

In the Mid 80's they used Meat Loaf, Bat out of Hell as an intro. I'm not sure about this intro though.
