The Chevy Beauville at 2:25 has the same steering wheel that was used in the 1978-84 Impala and is color-keyed to the wheel, but on the actual 1983 Beauville vans, it is black and the Chevy logo is replaced with the word Chevrolet in black in a white border.

The 6.2 in those was definitely capable of over 20 mpg . Gutless but got incredibly good mpg in a van that size .
