Randy JustRandy have you ever seen a musician steal another musicians song right in front of them. Check out DB & Pink Floyd Comfortably numb 2006.

It was 35 years ago today that (at the age of 19) I saw this "Serious Moonlight" show at Hershey Park, Hershey, PA.....Monday, 29Aug83. There never was before, nor will there ever be again, a front man like David Bowie. I consider myself privileged to have lived in his time.

Hahaha Hilarious,I loved that facial expression on Mr.David Bowie face at 4:06. That was priceless,he surely did know how to captivate the Audience. Thank goodness,there were no Cell Phones around to disturbed the groove. RIP to the one & only Mr.Bowie.

Your bang on Randy, I was at this show and it was incredible. I will always regard this as Bowie's peak. He was healthy at long last and his voice was unbelievable. A true showman. I'm so shattered he's gone.

Was at this show...the Serious Moonlight Tour-at the LA Forum. Blew my mind. Nile Rogers as musical director really funked up the arrangements of the playlist. Just great...and that was the first time I ever saw Vari-lites in a concert....Genesis was the first.

Mr Bowie is all about presentation..
@ivankaramasov5 жыл бұрын
That is not true. His songs are extremely strong on their own. Search for Bowie Unplugged to see some very stripped down versions.
@rodiebobwilliams13305 жыл бұрын
@@ivankaramasov Not a shot at Bowie, just a comment about how well Bowie integrated show into music.. Every so often, more in the past, a few very talented people come along that can integrate show into their music that makes it even more commercially successful...Bowie definitely one of those people...Stand down music warrior!!
