Wasn't every "Big Five" game mostly at the Palestra on the campus of Penn before Villanova and Temple playing their home Big Five games on their Campuses?

Yes, but they briefly branched out to the Spectrum for a few games during this time period. Unfortunately, history is about to repeat itself as the Big 5 schedule will not only be slimmed down this season but a "Tournament" between the six city teams will conclude with a tripleheader at the Wells Fargo Center and not at the Palestra.
