Howard Porter was the Best Ever Big 5 Player

@@birneybrown7475 Durrett was great - Porter a little better. A more national Schedule. Porter went up against Bob Lanier ( 3 times ) Wicks and Rowe , Sid Catlett ( Notre Dame) Terry Driscoll ( BC ) , Mike Molloy ( Davidson, ) Rusty clark ( NC ) Dave Robish ( Kansas ), Dwight Jones ( Houston < Ed Hummer ( Princeton ) and McDaniels ( WK ) and the Big 5 players, Also Spencer Haywood ( Porter outplayed him and outscored him 28-15 .Mel Davis and Bill Pultz ( St Johns ), the Nelson Brothers from Duquesne. their are others that were nationally players that Howard Porter dominated as well.As Great as Kenny Durrett was , he didn't play against this type of competition.
