Considering the 9.9's they gave the Romanians for garbage vaults, Mary Lou deserved 9.9 for her first vault

She beat them several times including away from the USA. The only major one she didn't beat was Olga Mostepanova.

@@chocdave But she never beat them in the big international meets like Worlds. Does anyone think she would have had a chance to beat them in '83? Probably not. I'll give her vault but there's no way she's beatin Yurchencko, Mostepanova, or Shusunova on the other events.

@jabber12345 In other comments I've agreed. But the comment I was replying to said she never did well when the Russians were competing. But several times, she did do well. Big occasions weren't addressed in the comment I was replying to.
