That was funnest patriot super bowl run ever and I was thrilled Hannah ,Grogan ( who both had championship heart, toughness ) clayborn, pete brock, stanley morgan finally made it but they ran into a historically great defense. The Sullivan's weren't very good owners and u can thank the players from 60s, 70s,80s for keeping team afloat until rkk.

My dad was a diehard Pats fan, and he passed away in 1995. This was the ONLY Pats Super Bowl team he got to see, a 46-10 spanking! I almost cried when Vinateri kicked that field goal to beat the Rams in Super Bowl 36.

The Pats just had the Dolphins number in 85.. Even though they split the season series..Pats outplayed miami in both games..marino didnt play well in either one..All 3 games including playoffs Pats outplayed them..Miami just could not stop the run & Pats could run..bad matchup.

Heres proof nfl aint fixed. Dolphins bears would have been a great superbowl. Great offense vs. great defense. Dolphins were only team to beat bears that season. Another great matchup that never happened was cowboys raiders in 77. Instead we got cowboys broncos. Actually cowboys raiders never met in sb after many opportunities because those teams made the championship game many times
