Had a similar experience with my 1st gen LT1 (1996). I had to install the air filter onto the maf, then the truck ran great. I'm 10:49 into this vid, so I can't wait to see 'ol Krusty finds out

Eh, thats not the customers fault. Hard to know if it has a 24x reluctor wheel unless you go through everything I did, you know the exact year of the engine, or you take it all a part and count the teeth.
